We established Rosemullion Distillery in 2018 at our home on the banks of the Helford River in Cornwall. Our internationally acclaimed, multi-award-winning collection of British spirits continues to evolve. We specialize in premium gin, rum, and whisky, and take great pride in our products and growth as a small business. At Rosemullion, we handle every step of the process, fermenting, distilling and aging our spirits in-house. Our spirits are crafted by hand using our bespoke, hand-built copper still. We produce small batches of just 700 bottles at a time, using local fruit, botanicals, and Cornish rainwater whenever possible. This ensures we remain a true artisan distillery focused on flavour, quality, and authenticity. We credit the growing success of our business to something essential: loving our produce.
