LAST STANDS BOOKED WITH LESS THAN TWO WEEKS UNTIL SCOTLAND’S TRADE FAIR SPRING

The final remaining stands are being snapped up by suppliers eager to tap into the Scottish market at Scotland’s only trade gift show – Scotland’s Trade Fair Spring, which is held at the SEC, Glasgow from 18-20th Jan 2026.
New last minute exhibitors to seek out include Colourific, Thistle and Cloth, Figured Art, Highland Glass, Mackays, Daisy Art Studio and coastaluk.
Buyers can still register for entry tickets here and preview a diverse range of creative gifts, homewares, accessories, textiles and crafts that will be showcased across the Show.
More than just a sourcing event, this year’s Show features a packed programme of talks and panel discussions designed to give retailers practical insight into key trends and challenges facing the sector.
Programme highlights include retail trends panel discussion; digital masterclasses on TikTok, Social Media Selling and AI; a one-to-one interview with House of Bruar CEO; a panel discussion on the future of Scotland’s town centres; trademark protection and anti-copywright guidance for small producers and retailers; a traditional sales masterclass; a deep dive into EPR and the new packaging schemes; and a session exploring what ‘Made in Scotland’ means for Scotland’s food & drink.
In addition, at 1pm on Mon 19th and Tues 20th there will be a lively Nessie’s Den session where Launch Gallery exhibitors pitch their products to retailers and experts for their feedback. Monday’s panel features gift experts Dawn Kane from Scottish Seabird Centre, Carol Macrae from Eilean Donan Castle and Wendy Ross from Ruby Red gifts shops as Nessies, hosted by Show Director Mark Saunders. Tuesday’s session will focus on food and drink exhibitors.
Sponsored by The Giftware Association (GA), the Best Product Awards will once again celebrate suppliers showcasing innovative, commercial products across the Show, culminating in a high profile awards ceremony at the end of the first day of the Show. The awards will be judged by industry experts Hayley Ker from Dobbies; Connor Heggie from Sterling furniture and gifts; Therese Oertenblad from the Small Business Collaborative; Gemma Sault, GA CEO and Sarah Holmes from gift shop Pencil Me In, Seasgair Store & Task in Hand. All exhibitors are encouraged to enter with the winners receiving free stand space for 2027.
Show Director Mark Saunders added: “Scotland’s Trade Show delivers far more than its size suggests, bringing together some of the most creative and innovative suppliers in the market. From standout products to powerful networking and insight, it’s a date every retailer should have locked into their diary: 18–20 January.”
