NAJ WEBSITE RELAUNCH KEEPS MEMBERS FIT FOR THE FUTURE

Sister Association, The National Association of Jewellers has re-launched their website. The new site is designed to make NAJ Members ‘fit for the future’ and is crammed full of helpful advice, support, resources and member-only benefits to ensure every NAJ member remains competitive and stays ahead of its competition. A team of volunteers and approved service providers have pooled their expertise for free within the site, to help the wider jewellery business community, achieve success.

One of the new features within the site is an innovative Better Business Healthcheck – an MOT for your jewellery business. This, coupled with an extensive list of forums allows businesses to benchmark themselves, share best practice, and plan their future growth.

But the biggest benefit is the front end of the website, which is focused on the needs of the public. NAJ Chief Executive Simon Forrester said “we have designed the website with the jewellery buyer/owner in mind. It showcases beautiful jewellery, has a ‘find a retailer’ and ‘find a registered valuer’ section, and over the coming months we will be expanding the range of support available, coupled with a PR push to ensure every jewellery purchase or valuation is via an NAJ member. Our goal is to put you in front of your customer base.” Members can submit pictures of their jewellery to feature on the site, and every company gets a page of their own to showcase their business.

The site also contains a search facility for you to find your next supplier. And the developments don’t stop there. Simon continues “over the coming months we will be expanding the site, so look forward to further progress in the months ahead.“

Feedback from Daren Daniels of The Jewellery App, who was given a ‘sneak peek’ at the site, said

“I am really excited about the new NAJ website. It is exactly what the industry needs, a place to discover the latest news and events, connect with others and gain insight and advice. I look forward to making the most of it.”
