The Wild Tribe Heroes environmental children’s books are written by Cornish based author Ellie Jackson to inspire children and families to care for our planet through true environmental stories.

While living on Magnetic Island in the Great Barrier Reef, Ellie and her young family witnessed the heart-warming release of a sea turtle named Duffy after it had spent a year recovering from eating plastic. Seeing this beautiful creature return to the ocean changed everything. Ellie’s children began picking up litter from beaches, determined to help other animals – and Ellie began writing their story.
