Holly Stafford-Smith is part of the fourth generation at family-run business G H Stafford & Son Ltd, a long-established supplier of leathergoods and accessories based in Walsall.  As the eldest great-grandchild and the first female member of the family to join the company, she is also the first woman to take a leading role in its history.  With nearly two decades in the business, Holly plays a key role in buying, commercial direction, and strategic development, while helping to modernise systems and processes to support future growth.

She leads initiatives focused on strengthening customer relationships, improving data visibility, and bringing greater structure to sales performance.  Her approach combines respect for the company’s heritage with a clear focus on evolution, sustainability, and long-term resilience.
