Developing Brand Guidelines

Your brand is communicated by the language you use, the colours that you choose, the images and icons that you use in your designs, how you appear at meetings and on social media, which social media platforms you use and more. Every decision contributes to how your brand is conceived and consumed. Humans respond to consistency, as customers we like to know what the brands we interact with stand for and quickly notice when they do something that doesn’t fit with our understanding of who they are.

Developing Brand Guidelines

Branding is about much more than a pretty logo and website. You hopefully know your mission statement and what your company and brand stands for, but your brand is actually how it is perceived by those that interact with it; it is the feelings evoked, the trust built and the consumers understanding of who you are and what you do.
